Job summary

Rolling Hills Health & Rehab in Topeka, KS is seeking an LPN to join our team and provide compassionate nursing care under the supervision of the Director of Nursing. You will follow care plans, educate patients and families, maintain accurate clinical records, and help ensure compliance with state and federal requirements.

Qualifications

• Current LPN license in good standing.
• Experience providing patient care under supervision.
• Ability to maintain clinical records and adhere to policies.

Responsibilities

• Provide a provision of care to patients in accordance with their care plans under supervision.
• Communicate with patient and family regarding education and progress.
• Review and maintain all clinical records required for patient care and progress.
• Review weekly reports to monitor compliance with state and federal requirements including blood-borne pathogens, hazardous materials, infection control and fire safety.
