The role emphasizes patient- and family-centered care and collaboration with the care team. The position involves coordinating care delivery, supporting Magnet and Shared Governance initiatives, and mentoring colleagues within the Clinical Ladder program.

Qualifikationen

• Specialized Diploma from an accredited nursing program.
• 3 years RN experience in acute care setting.
• Effective communication in patient and family interactions.
• Patient- and family-centered care approach.
• Active RN license in state of practice (PA).

Aufgaben

• Interacts with patients, families, and staff to provide safe, compassionate care.
• Coordinate with interprofessional teams to ensure quality care and appropriate risk management.
• Assist in planning and through the care delivery process across shifts.
• Manage staff schedules and payroll processes in collaboration with Nurse Manager.
• Support professional development, Magnet, and Shared Governance programs.
