Qualifications

• Specialized Diploma required from an accredited nursing program.
• Knowledge of patient- and family-centered practice and how to engage patients and families in care planning.

• Capacity to use nursing process to assess and plan patient care.
• Strong communication with patients, families, and the care team.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care using the nursing process to address physical, psychological, emotional, and social needs of patients.
