Responsibilities

• Provide patient- and family-centered care using the nursing process to address diverse needs.
• Develop nursing plans of care with patients and designated care partners.
• Collaborate with inter-professional teams to align with values and deliver quality care.
• Integrate evidence-based practice and patient preferences in care delivery.
• Support education for patients and families to address learning needs.

Education
