Qualifications

• Specialized Diploma graduate from an accredited nursing program.
• Knowledge of patient- and family-centered care and collaboration with care partners.
• Effective communication and cultural awareness for diverse patients.
• Ability to delegate appropriately within the care team.
• Strong patient assessment, education, and discharge planning capabilities.
• Knowledge of medication administration and post-discharge needs.
