Responsibilities

• Identify patient health alterations and assess responses to health problems.
• Implement nursing interventions to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
• Coordinate care and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Supervise/direct care provided by LPNs and Unlicensed Assistive Personnel.
• Assign and delegate care to qualified team members.
