UF Health in Gainesville, Florida seeks a Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver patient-centered care across assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. This role emphasizes evidence-based practice, interdisciplinary collaboration, and strong clinical judgment to improve patient outcomes.

Responsibilities include assessing health status, developing and implementing care plans, evaluating responses, coordinating with RNs, LPNs, and UAPs, and ensuring advocacy, safety, and quality.

Competenze

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Florida.
• BSN preferred at time of hire.
• RNs hired without a BSN must obtain a BSN within 3 years of hire.
• Professional nursing board certification preferred at hire and required within 2 years of hire.

• Assess patient health status, identifying actual and potential health concerns.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans using evidence-based practices.
• Evaluate patient responses and adjust care plans to optimize outcomes.
• Engage patients and families as active participants in care planning and delivery.
