Essential Kare in Maple Lake, MN is seeking compassionate nurses for part-time 16‑hour shifts to provide 24‑hour care in a residential facility serving medically fragile residents. LPNs earn up to $34/hr and RNs up to $44/hr, with a $1,000 sign-on bonus and on‑call shifts available.

Qualifikationen

• Requires MN Nursing License and BLS Certification.
• LPN/RN with ability to work part-time shifts.
• Ability to provide 24hr care in a residential setting.

Aufgaben

• Institute appropriate nursing interventions to stabilize residents.
• Perform daily rounds and document status and interventions.
• Respond to resident and family concerns and communicate resolutions.
• Handover reports to oncoming shift and keep charge nurse informed.
