Job summary

Moraga Post Acute is hiring a part-time Registered Nurse (RN) to join our clinical team in Moraga, CA. You will provide nursing care, assess residents, administer medications, and collaborate with physicians and care staff. AM, PM, and NOC shifts are available, with pay rates of $45.00-$52.00 per hour (DOE).

Position: Registered Nurse (RN)

Employment Type: Part-Time

Shifts: AM, PM & NOC

Pay Rate: $45.00-$52.00 per hour (DOE)

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care in accordance with facility policies and resident care plans
• Assess residents' conditions and monitor changes in health status
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
• Collaborate with physicians, CNAs, LVNs, and other members of the healthcare team
• Complete accurate and timely nursing documentation
• Respond to resident needs and emergencies appropriately
• Promote resident safety, comfort, dignity, and quality of life
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals

Qualifications

• Current and valid California RN license
• Previous skilled nursing or post-acute experience preferred
• Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Reliable, compassionate, and resident-focused
