Job summary

Santa Cruz Post Acute is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our clinical team for a part-time role across all shifts. You will provide rehabilitative and skilled nursing care to residents, monitor conditions, document changes, and coordinate with physicians on care plans.

This position requires strong clinical decision-making, excellent communication, and availability for weekday and weekend shifts in Santa Cruz, CA.

Qualifications

• Valid California RN license required.
• Current CPR/BLS certification required.
• Commitment to weekday and weekend shifts.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• EHR experience preferred.
