Job summary

Moraga Post Acute is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our healthcare team on a part-time basis. The RN will provide high-quality, patient-centered care to residents in a post-acute setting.

Responsibilities include nursing care per policies, assessments, medication administration, documentation, and collaboration with the care team. California RN license is required; prior SNF/post-acute experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Current and valid California RN license.
• Experience in skilled nursing or post-acute care preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Reliable, compassionate, and resident-focused.
