Job summary

Pleasant Hill Post Acute is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team for a Part-Time / On-Call position. The RN will provide skilled nursing care, administer medications, and collaborate with residents, families, physicians, and the interdisciplinary healthcare team to ensure high-quality resident-centered care.

The ideal candidate holds a California RN license and has strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Current and valid California RN license.
• Previous skilled nursing or post-acute experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care to residents in accordance with individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, and healthcare staff.
• Follow infection control, safety, and facility policies and procedures.

Pay Rate: $45.00-$50.00 per hour
