Job summary

Baptist Health in Paducah, KY is seeking a registered nurse to join our inpatient teams on a 36-hour, full-time schedule with 12-hour shifts. You will prescribe, delegate, and coordinate nursing care while leading patient education and collaborating with the care team to maintain high standards of practice.

The role emphasizes creating a positive customer service environment and supporting clinical excellence through teamwork and innovation.

Qualifications

• Current RN licensure recognized by the Kentucky State Board of Nursing is required.
• One year nursing experience in critical care is preferred.

• Assess and identify patient needs.
• Implement interventions considering the needs of patient populations per department scope of service.
• Delegation of nursing care activities and supervision; establish and maintain a plan for delivery of nursing care.

• Delegation of nursing care activities and provisions of supervision; establishes and maintains a plan for the delivery of nursing care; assures that nursing care interventions and activities are directed to resolve problems; and performs technical aspects of care competently.

Requirements:

• Current RN licensure recognized by the Kentucky State Board of Nursing is required.
• One year nursing experience critical care is preferred
