Job summary

Baptist Health in Paducah, KY is seeking a Part-Time Registered Nurse for night shift (7 PM start) to provide and coordinate patient care, work with the patient-family teaching, and lead in collaboration with the care team. Responsibilities include assessment, implementation of care, delegation, supervision, and development of care plans to meet diverse patient needs.

The RN prescribes, delegates, and coordinates nursing care of patients; participates in patient and family teaching; and provides leadership by working cooperatively with ancillary, nursing, and other patient-team personnel in maintaining standards for professional nursing practice in the clinical setting. Creates a positive customer service environment.
