Qualifications

• CA RN license required.
• Bachelor's Degree in business administration, nursing or equivalent combination of education/related experience.
• Three to five years of operational supervisory experience in healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for effective management of day-to-day clinical operations for each assigned clinics/service line.
• Reviews clinic systems, concerns, and operational/clinical goals with physicians for all assigned clinics/service lines.
• Participates as a core member of the outpatient clinic leadership team to strengthen organizational capacity.
