Reviews clinic systems, concerns, and operational/clinical goals with physicians for all assigned clinics/service lines. Participates as a core member of the outpatient clinic leadership team to strengthen organizational capacity: promotes the outpatient network’s goals and philosophies to staff; participates in management committees; and actively cooperates with others in support of the assigned clinic’s goals. Plans, budgets, organizes and manages the department’s data/financial goals to accomplish operational and strategic objectives. Analyzes and interprets complex data sets and reports, i.e., variance analysis, financial/quality, population specific reports. Participates in the creation of a work environment and culture that facilitates personal growth and well-being for all and fosters a harmonious working environment in which high quality, cost effective patient care, and customer services are consistently provided. Performs personnel management functions including hiring, training, mentoring, performance reviews (PFPs), and counseling/disciplines. Responsible for effectively handling patient complaints, patient problem solving, patient intervention, patient service recovery. Conducts regular agenda driven monthly meetings with staff and providers to address issues, concerns, and to communicate mission of organization. Supports quality program and contractual requirements while maintaining compliance with regulatory and accreditation requirements.
