Banner Health in Greeley, Colorado is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Surgical Ortho Neuro unit. The role includes full-time day and night shifts (36 hours/week) and part-time shifts (24 hours/week). After orientation, you may self-schedule.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, valid RN license in state of practice.
• BLS certification is required.
• Experience in the clinical area for which applying is desired.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, evaluate and document nursing care.
• Formulate and revise care plans with input from patient and health team.
• Provide care per physician orders and nursing plan of care.
• Communicate patient status to the care team to ensure continuity of care.
• Document assessment, plan and outcomes in the patient record.

Education

Bachelor's degree preferred
