Job summary

Banner North Colorado Medical Center in Greeley, Colorado seeks LPNs for the Surgical Ortho Neuro Team. This 44-bed unit handles about 38 patients daily. We currently have full-time day positions; after orientation you can self-schedule, with weekend and night differentials available.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, valid LPN or LVN license in state of practice.
• BLS certification is required.
• Completion of a state approved IV therapy program may be required in certain facilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care under supervision and contribute to the plan of care.
• Document patient data and report changes to the team.
• Coordinate admission process and communicate with residents/families.
• Promote continuity of care and patient safety.
