Banner North Colorado Medical Center in Greeley, CO is hiring a Registered Nurse for the Progressive Care Unit (PCU). The role provides 3 x 12‑hour night shifts per week, with 1:4 nurse‑to‑patient ratios and close collaboration with physicians, rehab staff and the multidisciplinary team.

We offer incentives including up to $20,000 hiring incentive for night shifts, relocation up to $5,000, tuition assistance up to $5,000, cross‑training, and 100% certification support.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current RN license in state of practice; compact licensure accepted in some cases.
• BLS certification required.
• Experience in telemetry, progressive care, or critical care preferred.
• Maintains clinical performance competencies and ongoing education.
• Relates to patients and families with compassionate, evidence-based care.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient physical, psychological, social, spiritual and discharge planning needs.
• Formulate and revise a plan of care with measurable goals.
• Provide direct patient care and supervise others as needed.
• Document care and communicate status to the care team.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team for safe, quality outcomes.
• Promote evidence-based practice and participate in education of staff.
