Qualifications

• Must possess a current, valid RN license in state of practice.
• BLS certification is required.
• Experience in the clinical area for which you are applying is desired.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients and plan nursing care.
• Provide direct patient care per physician orders and care plans.
• Document assessments, plans, interventions and patient responses.
• Coordinate with the health care team to ensure safe, effective care.
• Support education and orientation for facility staff and patients.
