Qualifications

• Active RN license required.

• ACLS and BCLS certification required.
• Experience coordinating OR service line is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assists in providing safe nursing care as the OR RN during surgical and invasive procedures.
• Maintains instrument sets and ensures completeness and good working condition.
• Collaborates with Surgical Services to coordinate scheduling, equipment use and physician/employee satisfaction.
• Provides orientation to new hires and pursues ongoing education related to specialty procedures.
