Job summary

ClarkLindsey is seeking dedicated REGISTERED NURSES or LICENSED PRACTICAL NURSES to join our senior living community in Urbana, IL. This PRN role provides compassionate care, accurate assessments, medication administration, and collaboration with physicians to support residents’ well-being.

The nurse will develop and adjust care plans, monitor health, document thoroughly, and educate residents and families about health conditions and preventive measures.

Qualifications

• Active Illinois nursing license.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Ability to work in a team and follow HIPAA rules.
• Willingness to float between departments after training.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care, including assessments, medication administration, and treatments.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans.
• Monitor residents' health conditions and report changes to medical staff.
• Collaborate with physicians, caregivers, and the interdisciplinary team.
• Maintain accurate medical records and documentation.
• Educate residents and families about health conditions and preventive measures.
• Adhere to health, safety, and community policies.
• Work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Demonstrate compassion and a commitment to resident well-being.
