Qualifications

• Must have an active Illinois nursing license.
• Read, write, speak, and understand English.
• HIPAA privacy and security rules knowledge.
• Vaccination per IDPH policy (influenza).

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents, including assessments and medications.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans.
• Monitor health conditions and report changes to medical staff.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team for optimal care.
• Maintain accurate medical records and documentation.
