ClarkLindsey is seeking a Nurse Coordinator (RN) to provide clinical leadership and coordinate resident care in our senior living community in Urbana, IL. The role partners with residents, families, physicians, and the care team to deliver person-centered care focused on dignity and quality of life.

The candidate will oversee nursing staff, ensure regulatory compliance, and lead ongoing professional development while managing care plans and health tracking.

Qualifications

• RN licensed in Illinois and trained in geriatric care.
• Strong assessment, communication, critical thinking and leadership abilities.
• Experience with PointClickCare and MS Office (Word, Excel, Teams, SharePoint).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate resident care and develop individualized care plans.
• Provide nursing leadership and mentor CNAs and resident assistants.
• Administer and document medications in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Engage in quality improvement and personal resident well-being.
