The ideal candidate holds an Illinois nursing license in good standing, demonstrates excellent clinical skills, and collaborates effectively with a compassionate, team-oriented approach. The position is non-exempt, with a hourly pay range of $39.00–$46.00 based on experience.

Qualifications

• Must hold an Illinois nursing license in good standing.
• Excellent clinical skills and a caring demeanor are required.
• Demonstrated ability to work well in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents, including assessments, medication administration, and treatments.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans.
• Monitor residents’ health conditions and report changes to medical staff.
• Collaborate with physicians, caregivers, and the interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal care.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation.
• Educate residents and families about wellbeing, health conditions, treatments, and preventive measures.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations and community policies.
• Float between departments after training to meet resident care needs.
