Job summary

Fairfield Senior Living & Rehabilitation is hiring compassionate RNs and LPNs for the full-time night shift in Fairfield, IL. Nurses will work 12-hour shifts from 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM and receive a $10,000 sign-on bonus paid over one year.

Pay ranges from $29.00 to $34.00 hourly, with an additional $3.00 night shift differential and $2.00 weekend differential. Competitive benefits and resident-centered care are provided.

Qualifications

• Current Illinois RN or LPN license.
• Strong clinical and assessment skills.
• Dependable and team-oriented.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Long-term care experience preferred, but not required.
• Commitment to providing excellent resident care.

Responsibilities

• Perform resident assessments and monitor changes in condition.
• Administer medications and treatments.
• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Supervise and support CNAs.
• Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team.
• Promote resident comfort, dignity, and safety.

Full-Time Night Shift

• 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM
• 12-hour shifts
• +$3.00/hour Night Shift Differential
• +$2.00/hour Weekend Differential
• $10,000 Sign-On Bonus

Work a weekend night and earn an additional $5.00/hour in shift differentials.

Competitive Nurse Pay

• Registered Nurse (RN): $32.00 - $34.00/hour
• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN): $28.00 - $31.00/hour

Plus:

• +$0.10/hour for each year of verified nursing experience, up to 20 years
• +$3.00/hour Night Shift Differential
• +$2.00/hour Weekend Differential
