Job summary

Hillview Senior Living & Rehabilitation in Vienna, IL is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our full-time day shift nursing team. You will provide direct resident care, administer medications, and collaborate with CNAs, therapy staff, and physicians to support resident-centered outcomes.

Qualifications

Current, active Illinois RN or LPN license.
Strong clinical judgment and attention to detail.
Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented.

Long-term care experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

Provide direct nursing care according to individualized resident care plans.
Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately.
Monitor resident conditions and promptly report changes.
Collaborate with CNAs, therapy, physicians, and the interdisciplinary team.
Complete required documentation accurately and timely.
Promote a safe, comfortable, and resident-focused environment.
