Job summary
Hillview Senior Living & Rehabilitation is seeking compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our care team in Vienna, IL. You will provide direct nursing care, administer medications, assess residents, and participate in care planning with an interdisciplinary team.

Qualifications
- Must hold an active Illinois RN or LPN license.
- Graduate of an approved nursing program.
- Current CPR/BLS certification as required by policy.
- Proficient in nursing practices, medication administration, infection control, and resident safety.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to residents per established standards.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor and document residents' conditions; report changes.
- Develop and update individualized care plans with the team.
- Supervise CNAs and other nursing staff within licensure scope.
- Document care accurately in PCC and EMR systems.
