Job summary

Three Springs Senior Living & Rehabilitation in Chester, IL is seeking compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our full-time night shift nursing team. This 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM role offers competitive wages based on experience, a $10,000 sign-on bonus paid out over the first year, and a stable, resident-centered work environment.

Qualifications

• Current Illinois RN or LPN license in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to residents.
• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and care plans.
• Monitor residents and promptly communicate changes in condition.
• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Work closely with CNAs and the interdisciplinary care team.
• Promote resident safety, dignity, comfort, and quality of life.
• Follow facility policies and applicable state and federal regulations.
