Specialty Care Pediatrics is seeking compassionate nurses to provide in-home pediatric care in Lindsay, OK. Flexible full-time, part-time, or PRN shifts from 4 to 16 hours, days or nights. You will work one-on-one with medically fragile patients, following physician orders and coordinating with the care team.

We value reliability, clinical competence, and strong communication with families. The role includes travel to clinic locations as needed and offers weekly pay, training, and comprehensive

Competenze

• Active RN or LPN license issued by a State Board of Nursing (new grads welcome, training provided).
• Current CPR and BLS certifications are required.
• Experience with pediatric or home health care is a plus.

Job Location: Lindsay, OK, Position Type: Full-Time/Part-Time, Salary Range: $24.00 - $28.00 Hourly, RN or LPN- Pediatric Home Health Nurse

Job Summary

Specialty Care Pediatrics is looking for nurses who are compassionate and reliable. We provide continuous in-home care to medically fragile patients needed to keep them safe with their loved ones. We match our nurses with our patients based on skill, acuity level, location, age and health condition. Our nurses make a positive and long-lasting impact on their patient’s lives by providing one-on-one care. We provide flexible shifts ranging from 4 to 16 hour shifts. Full-time, part‑time or PRN, days or nights available! Specialty Care Pediatrics is a great work place for nurses in school providing a low stress job environment with flexible hours!

Duties and Responsibilities

• Implements physicians' prescribed plan of care, including assessments,


• Administration of medications, treatments, and therapies.


• Maintain ongoing tracking and appropriate documentation on patients in accordance with Specialty Care Pediatrics policies and procedures in a timely, accurate, and consistent manner.


• Provides health care/management, education and support of patient and/or family members regarding diagnosis, plan of care, preventative and maintenance of care.


• Maintains clinical expertise and competency as well as demonstrates thorough knowledge of procedures to deliver quality primary health care in coordination with the health care team.


• Identifies, reports and responds promptly to changes in patient’s condition according to Specialty Care Pediatrics policy.


• Willing to travel to any clinic location as needed.

• Proficiency in basic nursing skills and knowledge of the Oklahoma Nursing Practice Act


• Knowledge of principles of health promotion, prevention and motivation
