Specialty Care Pediatrics in Oklahoma is seeking a compassionate RN or LPN to provide in-home pediatric care for medically fragile patients. You will implement physician care plans, administer medications, and document care.

The role offers flexible schedules (4 to 16 hours), full-time/part-time/PRN options, and paid training with 24/7 clinical support. Travel to patient homes and clinics required; benefits include health, dental, vision, Paid Time Off, and 401K.

Qualifications

• Active RN or LPN license issued by a State Board of Nursing (new grads welcome, training provided).
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Proficiency in basic nursing skills and knowledge of the Oklahoma Nursing Practice Act.

Responsibilities

• Implements physicians' prescribed plan of care, including assessments.
• Administration of medications, treatments, and therapies.
• Maintain ongoing tracking and appropriate documentation on patients in accordance with policies.
• Provides health care/management, education and support of patient and/or family members.
• Maintains clinical expertise and competency and communicates changes in patient’s condition.
• Willing to travel to patient homes and clinic locations as needed.
