Job summary

Specialty Care Pediatrics seeks compassionate RN or LPN for in-home pediatric care. You will implement care plans, administer meds, and document patient status, collaborating with a health care team to ensure safe, high-quality care at the patient's home.

Flexible shifts from 4 to 16 hours, full-time, part-time or PRN, days or nights. Benefits include health coverage, 401K, PTO, and 24/7 support.

Qualifications

• Active RN or LPN license issued by a State Board of Nursing (new grads welcome, training provided).
• Current CPR/BLS certification required.
• Willingness to travel to patient homes and clinics as needed.
• Experience in pediatric home health preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Implements physicians' prescribed plan of care, including assessments.
• Administration of medications, treatments, and therapies as ordered.
• Maintain documentation on patients per policies and procedures.
• Support patients and families regarding diagnosis, care plan, and prevention.
• Monitor patient condition and report changes promptly to the team.
