Job summary

Specialty Care Pediatrics is looking for compassionate and reliable nurses for in-home care. This position offers flexible shifts from 4 to 16 hours and full-time, part-time, or PRN options available. Candidates will implement care plans and provide one-on-one patient support.

The ideal candidate must have an active RN or LPN license and CPR certification. A competitive salary range of $66,500 to $72,000 is offered, along with comprehensive health benefits and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

Must hold an active RN or LPN license.
Current CPR and BLS certification required.
Knowledge of the Oklahoma Nursing Practice Act.

Responsibilities

Implement prescribed plan of care including medication administration.
Maintain tracking and documentation according to policies.
Provide education and support to patients and families.
Identify and respond to patient condition changes.
Willing to travel to any clinic location as needed.

Skills

Proficiency in basic nursing skills

Job Summary

Specialty Care Pediatrics is looking for nurses who are compassionate and reliable. We provide continuous in-home care to medically fragile patients needed to keep them safe with their loved ones. We match our nurses with our patients based on skill, acuity level, location, age and health condition. Our nurses make a positive and long‑lasting impact on their patient’s lives by providing one‑on‑one care. We provide flexible shifts ranging from 4 to 16 hour shifts. Full‑time, part‑time or PRN, days or nights available!

Duties and Responsibilities

Implements physicians' prescribed plan of care, including assessments, administration of medications, treatments, and therapies.
Maintain ongoing tracking and appropriate documentation on patients in accordance with Specialty Care Pediatrics policies and procedures in a timely, accurate, and consistent manner.
Provides health care/management, education and support of patient and/or family members regarding diagnosis, plan of care, preventative and maintenance of care.
Maintains clinical expertise and competency as well as demonstrates thorough knowledge of procedures to deliver quality primary health care in coordination with the health care team.
Identifies, reports and responds promptly to changes in patient’s condition according to Specialty Care Pediatrics policy.
Willing to travel to any clinic location as needed.
