Job summary

Specialty Care Pediatrics is seeking compassionate LPN or RN nurses to provide in-home pediatric care in Chandler, OK. We offer full-time, part-time or PRN options with shifts ranging 4 to 16 hours, days or nights, and flexible scheduling.

You’ll follow physician orders, administer medications, document care, educate families, and coordinate with the care team. Training is provided for new grads; salary ranges from $59,000 to $72,000 per year.

Qualifications

• Active RN or LPN license issued by a State Board of Nursing.
• Current CPR and BLS certifications.
• Proficiency in basic nursing skills and knowledge of the Oklahoma Nursing Practice Act.

Responsibilities

• Implement physician-prescribed plan of care and conduct assessments.
• Administer medications, treatments, and therapies.
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation per policies.
• Provide care education and support to patient and family.
• Monitor patient condition and report changes promptly.
• Willing to travel to clinic locations as needed.

Job Summary

Specialty Care Pediatrics is looking for nurses who are compassionate and reliable. We provide continuous in-home care to medically fragile patients needed to keep them safe with their loved ones. Our nurses make a positive and long-lasting impact on their patient’s lives by providing one-on-one care. We provide flexible shifts ranging from 4 to 16 hour shifts. Duties and Responsibilities

• Implements physicians' prescribed plan of care, including assessments,
• Administration of medications, treatments, and therapies.
• Maintain ongoing tracking and appropriate documentation on patients in accordance with Specialty Care Pediatrics policies and procedures in a timely, accurate, and consistent manner.
• Provides health care/management, education and support of patient and/or family members regarding diagnosis, plan of care, preventative and maintenance of care.
• Maintains clinical expertise and competency as well as demonstrates thorough knowledge of procedures to deliver quality primary health care in coordination with the health care team.
• Identifies, reports and responds promptly to changes in patient’s condition according to Specialty Care Pediatrics policy.
• Willing to travel to any clinic location as needed.
