Job summary

Specialty Care Pediatrics in Oklahoma City is seeking licensed RNs or LPNs for in-home pediatric care. You will assess patients, administer meds, and document care meticulously to support safe, continuous treatment at home.

Our team emphasizes compassionate, one-on-one care and close coordination with physicians. We offer flexible shifts from 4 to 16 hours, with full-time, part-time or PRN options, days or nights.

Qualifications

  • Active RN or LPN license issued by a State Board of Nursing.
  • Current CPR/BLS certification.
  • Proficiency in basic nursing skills and health promotion knowledge.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication; organized and team oriented.

Responsibilities

  • Implements physicians' prescribed plan of care, including assessments.
  • Administration of medications, treatments, and therapies.
  • Maintain ongoing tracking and documentation per policies.
  • Provide health care education and support to patient and family.
  • Maintain clinical competency and coordinate with health care team.
  • Identify, report and respond promptly to changes in patient condition; travel to clinic locations as needed.
