Job summary

HiredFirst is seeking an experienced OR Registered Nurse to join travel staffing assignments in Tucson, AZ. You will provide intraoperative nursing care across general, GYN, ortho, podiatry, urology, and robotic surgeries in a Level III Trauma Center. Schedule is 4×10-hour shifts with on-call 3–4 shifts every 4 weeks; shifts weekdays; no weekends.

Must be able to work rotating weekday shifts and travel. Must have at least 2 years of OR RN experience and prior travel RN experience; strong sterile

Responsibilities

• Provide intraoperative nursing care in a Level III Trauma OR supporting general, GYN, ortho, podiatry, urology, and robotic surgical cases
• Assist with surgical procedures, maintaining sterile technique and patient safety throughout perioperative care
• Circulate OR cases, coordinate with surgical team, and ensure proper equipment and supplies are available
• Monitor patients pre-, intra-, and post-operatively and support safe surgical outcomes

Job description

Pay: $1,987 – $2,230/week

Schedule: 4 x 10-hour shifts

Hours: 8:45 AM – 7:15 PM

Workdays: Monday–Friday (varies; no weekend shifts)

On-Call: 3–4 shifts per 4-week schedule

Weekdays: until 6:45 AM

Facility Type: Level III Trauma Center

Dress Code: Hospital-issued scrubs and jacket/gown
