Job summary

TEEMA Solutions Group is seeking a Registered Nurse for a full-time position in the Town of Rochester, NY. The role involves providing circulating and scrub duties in an operating room, supporting a variety of surgical services including ortho and trauma. Candidates must have an active NYS RN License and at least 2 years of OR experience, preferably in a Level 1 trauma setting. Shifts are 3x12 hours with on-call requirements. ACLS certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Comfortable in high-acuity, fast-paced surgical environment.

Job description

Contract Duration:

05/25/2026 – 08/22/2026 (13 weeks)

Schedule:

Full-Time

3x12-hour rotating shifts (Day/Evening/Night)

On-call & callback required

Floating, weekends, and holidays per unit needs

Position Summary & Responsibilities

Provide circulating and scrub RN duties in OR setting

Support surgical services: ortho, general, plastics, urology, cardiac, neuro, vascular, ENT, GYN, thoracic, trauma, ophthalmic, OMFS

Assist with complex cases including transplants (liver, kidney, heart) and robotics (DaVinci systems)

Monitor telemetry and patient status during perioperative care

Collaborate with surgical and anesthesia teams in Level 1 trauma environment

Ensure adherence to sterile technique, safety, and OR protocols

Participate in emergency and high-acuity surgical cases

Requirements

Active NYS Registered Nurse (RN) License (required)

BLS Certification (AHA only)

ACLS preferred
