Job summary

Ideal candidates will have PA RN licensure (or eNLC), 3+ years of nursing experience, and management experience. Compliance with licenses and certifications is required to support hospital operations.

Qualifications

• Current State of PA RN licensure or eNLC required.
• Minimum 3 years recent nursing experience.
• Previous management experience preferred.
• Act 34 Criminal Background Clearance Certificate, Act 33 Child Abuse Clearance Certificate, Act 73 FBI Fingerprinting, CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as an administrative liaison between staff, patients, physicians, families and other hospital departments.
• Make administrative decisions and notify administrator on call, Legal Dept, and Risk Management when appropriate.
• Act as a resource for complex patient care issues and resolve delivery of patient care challenges.
• Facilitate patient flow and ensure cost-effective resource utilization.
• Ensure compliance with facility policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
