Job summary

Allegheny Health Network is seeking an administrative liaison to coordinate between staff, patients, physicians, families, and other hospital departments. The role involves resolving issues impacting patient care, improving patient flow, and ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.

This position requires RN licensure (PA) or eNLC, with 3+ years nursing experience; Bachelor’s in Nursing and prior management experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Current PA RN licensure or multi-state eNLC licensure.
• 3 years of nursing experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred; prior management experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Acts as administrative liaison between staff, patients, physicians, families, other departments, and outside agencies.
• Provides resource support for complex or complicated patients and resolves issues affecting patient care.
• Facilitates patient flow and ensures resources are used cost-effectively.
• Ensures compliance with facility policies and all regulatory requirements.

Education
