Qualifications

• Current PA RN licensure or eNLC licensure; 3 years nursing experience preferred.
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred.
• Previous management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Acts as administrative liaison between staff, patients, physicians, families, departments and outside agencies.
• Identifies and resolves issues affecting delivery of patient care; serves as resource for complex cases.
• Facilitates patient flow; ensures resources are used cost-effectively.
• Ensures compliance with facility policies and regulatory requirements.
