Responsibilities

• Serve as administrative liaison between staff, patients, physicians, families, other hospital departments, and outside agencies.
• Exercise authority for administrative decisions and notify administrator on call, Legal Dept and/or Risk Management when appropriate.
• Facilitate patient flow, identify and resolve issues affecting patient care, ensuring resources are used cost-effectively.
• Ensure compliance with all policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Nursing

RN licensure (PA or eNLC)

3 years nursing experience
