Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily OR scheduling with perioperative teams.
• Collaborate with surgeons and nurse leaders to optimize the OR schedule for patient flow.
• Lead scheduling meetings and orient new hires to the department.
• Perform data analysis and run reports to maximize schedule efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
