Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily OR scheduling with perioperative team.
• Collaborate with surgeon offices and leadership to optimize the schedule.
• Lead scheduling meetings and communicate changes to stakeholders.
• Orient new hires to scheduling processes and tools.
• Run reports and analyze data to maximize OR efficiency.
• Ensure patient safety and adherence to policies during scheduling.
