Essentia Health in Duluth, MN is seeking a Registered Nurse to organize and provide nursing care through assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation. You will delegate tasks to licensed staff and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality care at Saint Marys Medical Center.

Requirements include BSN or ADN, active RN license in the employment state, and BCLS certification within one month. The role involves day/night shifts, weekends, and holidays with a 0.8 FTE.

Qualifications

• Two years experience as an RN in an inpatient hospital setting.
• Current nursing licensure in state(s) of employment.
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification within one month.

Delegates aspects of care to other nursing personnel based upon their licensure, preparation and job descriptions. Contributes to the meeting of the mission and goals of the facility and Essentia, and meets the requirements of the Joint Commission if applicable and/or other federal, state and local regulatory or accrediting agencies
