Job summary

Essentia Health, a Minnesota-based integrated health system, seeks an experienced RN for the Northern Pines Medical Center. The role focuses on organizing and delivering nursing care through the full nursing process, from assessment to evaluation, while coordinating with colleagues and resources to meet patient needs.

You will respond to emergencies, support ambulance teams, and ensure safe patient transport.

Qualifications

• BSN or ADN degree from an accredited school or college of nursing
• Current license with the appropriate State Board of Nursing
• BCLS certification or ability to become certified within 1 month from date of hire
• ACLS certification or ability to become certified within 1 year from date of hire
• CALS certification or TNCC OR MN State Trauma Modules within 1 year from date of hire
• ENPC certification or PALS certification or ability to become certified within 1 year from date of hire

Responsibilities

• Delegate aspects of care to other nursing personnel based on licensure and job descriptions
