Shift/Schedule: Seasonal Full Time Nights, 13-week contract, 3/12 hr shifts from 6:45 PM to 7:15 AM.
Requirement: Minimum of 1 year of Acute Care, Med Surg hospital RN experience.

Our Oncology unit is a fast-paced environment with high acuity patients. We support learning, mentoring, and building each team member's knowledge base.
Patient Population: Majority of patients are medical, with a mix of medical and surgical oncology patients, and occasional IV chemotherapy administration.

Department Specifics: We are a Commission on Cancer recognized hospital and a Sammons Cancer Center, providing comprehensive care including Nurse Navigators, Child Life Specialists, and a Supportive and Palliative Care Team. We aim for all nurses to become chemotherapy certified within the first 6 months of employment.
