Job summary

ARMStaffing is seeking an Oncology Registered Nurse for a 13-week contract in acute care units, with inpatient and outpatient oncology experience preferred.

You will administer IV chemotherapy, care for ports and central lines, monitor blood products, educate patients and families on treatment plans and side effects, and coordinate with pharmacy and social services. Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of acute care experience, preferably in oncology.
• Current BLS certification.
• Epic charting experience required.
• Chemotherapy certification (ONS/ONCC) preferred.

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Oncology Registered Nurse to provide exceptional care in our inpatient and outpatient oncology units. The ideal candidate will have experience monitoring chemotherapy administration and providing care to patients with various cancer diagnoses.

• Provide care and management of implanted ports and central lines
• Monitor and administer blood products and medications
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and side effects
• Coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams including pharmacy and social services

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 1 year of acute care experience, preferably in oncology
• Current BLS certification
• Certification in chemotherapy (ONS/ONCC) preferred
• Epic charting experience required
