ARMStaffing is seeking an Outpatient Oncology Registered Nurse for a 13-week contract in Pennsylvania. The role involves mediport access, PICC line care, and administration of chemotherapy under supervision, with a busy outpatient clinic schedule supported by a dedicated clinical team.

Shifts will alternate between 8- and 12-hour periods. Candidates must hold a PA license (or compact license) and possess ACLS/BLS with PA fingerprints on file.

Qualifications

• PA RN license (PA or compact) is required.
• ACLS and BLS certifications required.
• PA fingerprints required.
• ONS/ONCC Chemotherapy Immunotherapy Certificate required.

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Outpatient Oncology Registered Nurse to join our team. The facility features 42 beds with an average of 160 appointments per day. The role involves critical patient care services including mediport access, PICC line dressing changes, administration of chemotherapy and biotherapy, PRBCs, SQ & IM injections, and foley insertion and removal.

Responsibilities

• Perform mediport access and PICC line dressing changes
• Administer chemotherapy and biotherapy treatments
• Conduct PRBCs, SQ, and IM injections
• Execute foley catheter insertions and removals
• Provide high-quality outpatient oncology care to patients

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Must have a valid Pennsylvania or compact RN license
• ACLS and BLS certifications required
• PA fingerprints required
• ONS/ONCC Chemotherapy Immunotherapy Certificate required
