American Traveler, LLC. is hiring an RN - Oncology for an outpatient infusion services role in Hershey, PA. The position requires a PA or compact RN license and ONS/ONCC Chemotherapy Immunotherapy Certification.

It involves an outpatient oncology setting with 42 beds and ~160 daily appointments. Responsibilities include Mediport access, PICC dressing changes, chemotherapy/biotherapy administration, transfusions, injections, and Foley management.

Qualifications

• Active PA or compact RN license required.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• ONS/ONCC Chemotherapy Immunotherapy Certificate required.
• PA fingerprints required.

Responsabilités

• Outpatient oncology setting with 42 beds and ~160 appointments per day.
• Performs Mediport access, PICC dressing changes, chemo/biotherapy administration, PRBC transfusions, SQ and IM injections, Foley procedures.
• Schedule includes 8- or 12-hour shifts; no on-call duties.
• Provides direct patient care including vascular access and infusion procedures.
• Tobacco-free campus and drug-free workplace policy.
• Local candidates within 50 miles of the facility are encouraged to apply.

• Outpatient oncology setting with 42 beds and an average of 160 appointments per day


• Performs Mediport access, PICC line dressing changes, chemo and biotherapy administration, PRBC transfusions, SQ and IM injections, and foley insertion/removal


• Schedule is a mix of 8 or 12 hour shifts, to be discussed during interview


• No on-call responsibilities


• Provides direct patient care including vascular access, chemotherapy administration, and related infusion procedures


• Tobacco-free campus with a substance abuse/drug-free workplace policy


• Local candidates within 50 miles of the facility are welcome to apply
