Job summary

Overlake Medical Center & Clinics in Washington state is seeking a Clinic Nurse to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care per organizational policies and professional standards. The RN provides a consistent standard of care using evidence-based pathways and coordinates care with the healthcare team.

Full-time, 40 hours per week, day shift with four 10-hour days. Requires RN licensure in WA, BSN preferred, CPR, and EHR experience; 2 years of ambulatory or med-surg experience.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing (required). BSN preferred.
• Current RN licensure in the State of Washington (required).
• Current Health Care Provider CPR certification (required).
• Prefer a minimum of 2 years of recent clinical experience in ambulatory or med-surg.
• Electronic health record experience required.

$45.33 - $68.00

The Clinic Nurse assesses, plans, implements, evaluates and documents nursing care of patients in accordance with organizational policies and standards of professional nursing practice. This position is accountable for the quality of nursing services delivered by self or others who are under his/her direction. The Clinic Nurse provides a single standard of care to patients using evidence based disease state management clinical pathways. This encompasses primary care prevention and chronic disease management including self-management support and coordination of care. The RN is responsible for providing daily direction to non-provider clinical staff. Work with the healthcare team to identify appropriate utilization of resources.

Full-time/ 40 hours per week

Day shift / 4 day 10 hours

Qualifications:

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing required. BSN preferred
• Current RN licensure in the State of Washington required.
• Current Health Care Provider CPR certification required.
• Prefer a minimum of 2 years of recent clinical experience in an ambulatory setting or inpatient experience in med-surg.
• Electronic health record experience required.
